Perfect Orwellian Kitchen Fish Bowl

0506 84Fishbowl03We've been trying to shake it up a little bit this August and think outside that box of a thing you call a kitchen. We currently have lots of off the wall items in our kitchen - including a Flip-Flap solar powered plant from Japan - why not a fishbowl? If it looks this good, we think we may need to get one for our kitchen to be place right in back on the sink.

Cheung describes his inspiration for the 1984 Fishbowl as:

"Life inside a goldfish bowl ain't a lot of fun without a little privacy! The intention with 1984 was to create a true sense of abode for our beloved little friends; solid white walls and three generous (domed) portholes with views from the hallway to the living room"

This bowl is barbaric. Fish shouldn't have to live in a tiny unfiltered bowl like this and especially not goldfish! They live for over 10 years and grow up to a foot in length. Put a goldfish in here and it will be dead in a year maximum.

Ugh! For heaven sakes! Please do not keep your poor fish in any sort of unfiltered bowl!
