I never really thought my rock tumbler was enough in my life when it came to "tumbling things". Now as an adult I can tumble meat and marinade it at the same time thanks to Eastman Outdoors!

So - I've worked in over 30 restaurants and have never even heard of this 'technique'. Who's using this?

I think it would have to be restaurants that need to be very cruel to their meat. I use the vacuu vin - marinator and I do shake it around a bit - but I don't tumble it. :-)
