The T-FAL Ultimate EZ Clean Deep Fryer is the only fryer we could find that automatically filters, drains and stores the messy oil without touching it. After cooking, simply place the fryer on top of the oil container. When cooled, the oil automatically drains into the storage container - filtered and ready to use again. Everything except the heating base is dishwasher safe. A charcoal filter reduces cooking odors. Safety features include a cool to the touch exterior, locking cover, and external basket control to prevent splattering. Set the thermostat and a signal light indicates when the oil is ready.
