I don't know what yogurt cheese is, but I like yogurt and I like cheese, so it could be the perfect combination. According to the description, you can use yogurt cheese as a low-fat substitute cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream. Simple instructions and recipes for yogurt cheese are included. If you are really ambitious, you can make your own yogurt and then make yogurt cheese.
