Domed Cast-Iron Grill Pan
The product desciption is making my mouth water:
This Asian-style cast-iron pan is designed for grilling strips of meat and poultry as savory additions to Thai-style salads, Vietnamese noodle dishes and Korean barbecue. The unique dome-shaped interior not only provides a large surface for cooking long strips of meat but also allows juices to drip down for easy pour-off from a spout. Preseasoned and ready to use, the cast-iron pan heats up quickly and retains sizzling-hot temperatures well; ridges produce attractive grill marks on food. 12" diam.

I have looked everywhere on the internet to purchase a "domed griddle" for making Saj bread. A Middle Eastern flat bread cooked on a griddle that looks like an upside down wok. It is bigger and smoother than the one you have for grilling meats.
