Corn-cob holders

I've never seen the point of corn-cob holders. What? You can't hold the corn in your hands? But if you must have them, here are some very nice stainless steel ones.

Have you never eaten a cob with butter before!?! They keep your hands much cleaner.

Plus, ears of corn are usually rocket hot. The holders keep your fingers from burning.
