I've tried this tool and it dosn't work that great. Once you've used the peanut butter end, there is no where to put your hand to use the jelly end. Way more of a mess than just using 2 knives

How nice of them to color code those ends for us. Isn't that kind of pointless, though? The point is non-stick and to not mix the two. So what would it matter if you use one end or the other?
