Vertical Cooking Grill

Forget that boring horizontal grilling; vertical is the way to go. You can cook gyros, kabobs, sausages, and poultry in this grill. The grill alternates heating to 120 degrees and cooling down (sounds like you don't want to use this if you are in a rush to eat). Supposedly results in tender and healthier meat. I don't think you want to try a hamburger on this grill, though. :-)
