Ice Cream Sandwich Molds

I love ice cream sandwiches. With these molds you can make your own in the shape of a cow, pig, or chicken. Just bake a sheet of cookies and use the molds to cut the cookies while they are still warm. I suppose you could probably use any cookie cutters, but these are cute and come with a recipe and instructions. A perfect Fourth of July treat!
