Pumpkin Cheesecake Pan

I'm sorry that summer is coming to an end, but the one good thing about fall is that everything is pumpkin flavored. With this pan you can make mini pumpkin cheesecakes in the shape of a pumpkin. Each cup has a removable disk in the base, so you can easily unmold the finished desserts. The pan conducts heat evenly to ensure uniform baking.
