Prosciutto Stand

You would have to be a serious gourmond to pay $400 for a stand to hold prosciutto.

Designed to firmly hold a whole piece for hand-carving the salty, sweet delicacy. A steel brace fastened to a marble base features interior spikes for gripping the prosciutto and wooden handles for ease of use. Screw mechanism allows easy adjustment of the brace for a snug fit. The heavy marble base ensures the prosciutto stays put while slicing.
