Pizzelles are an Italian wafer-like cookie.

This electric pizzelle maker bakes two crisp pizzelles in just 30 seconds, so you can produce a batch in no time. The nonstick aluminum plates clamp together tightly to produce extra-thin, 5" diam. cookies. A built-in steam guard protects your fingers, while an automatic thermostat and “ready” light ensure perfect results.
