The MIA Grill

Ok. This thing looks crazy. It sits on top of your stove or goes in the oven and has two modes--grilling and poultry.

Grilling Mode: The multi-chambered base in conjunction with the grease catching base lid allows the mixing of delicate flavors never before combined. Meats, seafood and vegetables of all varieties can now be prepared well done and never dry out. Smoked foods remain moist.

Poultry Mode:The stainless vented flavor tube reaches all the way up the cavity of the turkey, chicken or duck providing even distribution of the delicate flavors being introduced. The poultry is grilled from the inside out, resulting in grilled flavors on the inside and a reduction in cooking time!
