Egg White Copper Mixing Bowl

You learn something new every day. Apparently copper reacts with egg whites, causing stiffer peaks that stay firm for longer. That is why this mixing bowl, made with unlined copper, is perfect for egg whites. It is also supposed to be good for sugar and chocolate, as well.
