Rotary Ricer with Pestle

B1-B.jpg

This ricer is designed for making very fine puree.

Just press any cooked fruit or vegetable through the screen with the pestle, and only the juice will come through, leaving all the skin and seeds behind. The Rotary Ricer is so fine that it is often used to puree grapes. The stand is designed to hook on to a saucepan or bowl to catch the sauce.
