This is a great addition to the kitchen. It's incredibly easy to use and being able to control the ingredients guarantees a superior product. The soft-serve ice cream that emerges from the bowl is fantastic and though it's also delicious after it's been frozen for a while (not that it lasts very long). At about $99 (usually) it's also a great gift!
