Vollrath Co. Cookie Sheet

According to Cooks Illustrated, this is supposed to be one of the best cookie sheets. It guess its thickness is what makes it so great--the heavy-gauge 3004 aluminum heats rapidly and evenly. It is available in natural finish or with a nonstick finish.
