Presto 23-Quart Pressure Cooker/Canner

Now that you have a good crop of vegetables or fruit from your garden, it is time to start canning. This pot can act as either a pressure cooker or a canner. It has a rack that fits in the pot to keep jars up off the bottom, so that liquid can circulate underneath. The cooker has a lid that locks down during canning or cooking and an inner sealing ring to keep the steam in. There is also an overpressure plug that will let off steam if it builds up excessively and a pressure dial gauge, so that pressure can be kept constant during canning.
