Shun Mandoline

This is one serious slicer. Sur La Table says it is the best they have tested. The blade is made with VG-10 Super Steel. The pusher glides on a rail and has a self-adjusting spring to keep food as close to the blade as possible. The mandoline comes with three sizes of julienne blades.
