Soda Club Edition 1 Soda Maker

50611.jpg

I love seltzer, so the idea of making my own at home is appealing. This appliance lets you make your own soda or seltzer at home in seconds. This starter set includes the Edition 1 Soda Maker, 1 Alco2Jet carbonator (makes approx. 110 liters of seltzer), 2 carbonating bottles, and a complementary set of syrups.

This is an amazing machine that everyone who drinks anything carbonated should have. I just found out about this today. I've posted it on my Green business blog for others to read about.

Great little machine if you like to drink seltzer. Not sure on how bad the UK exchange is for the cylinders, but here in the US you just UPS the used ones back in the boxes they send you the replacements in. You can even schedule the the delivery service to pick them up, which is a bonus.

I have this! (except it's called SodaStream here in the UK) My friends have one and I'd use it every single time I went over to their house and I finally got mine for Christmas this year. I drink fizzy water from it every single day, and I use one of their soda mixes maybe once a week or so. I actually prefer making my own drink with a bit of fruit cordial or just plain fizzy water, though, but then again I never drink store bought soda at home or out and about anyway. I really like having fizzy water on hand all the time, but apparently the cannisters are a bit of a pain to exchange, but I haven't gone through my first one yet...
