Mikoto Knife Blocks

This is cool, but I like my Kapoosh knife block better. Since the "fingers" in it are made of a plastic, I can remove the whole inner core now and then and pop it into the dishwasher to remove any dust or cooking residues that get onto it. I love the ability to add/remove knives/scissors/etc. and rearrange the layout at will for more efficient use.

I've seen these before and have wanted to try one. Right now all my knives are crammed into my silverware drawer and I hate it!
