Circulon Elite 12-Inch Nonstick Hard-Anodized Deep Skillet with Glass Cover

After burning a few too many things in our skillet, we are in search of a new one. This looks like it might fit the bill. It is made from heavy-gauge hard anodized aluminum and has a nonstick surface. The interior has a "unique 'high/low' relaxed-wave technology that protects the skillet's nonstick surface--only a small portion of the 'high' area is exposed to the wear and tear of cooking, while the 'low' area remains untouched." It includes a glass lid and is oven safe to 400 degrees. In addition, the stainless steel handle has a silicone insert to make it easier to hold.
