Top-Loading Microwave

simple-wavetop.jpg

A powerful microwave you can load things in from the top? We're not crazy on the concept of lifting out of the microwave a uber hot dish of gyoza (we often make them in our microwave), but it looks cool. The But-On Koncept is the microwave design of the future with in the form of a simple and colorful microwave. The microwave includes the standard features like temperature control, a timer and removable inner lining that makes cleaning easy.

Humm, yeah, I'm with you--I think it's easier to take dishes out of a front-loading microwave, but this looks like it might be a space saver. Might be an easy fit in a New York studio or a college dorm room.

And it certainly does look unique. ;)
