Organize Your Home and Kitchen with IKEA

We've just received a sampling of home and kitchen organization products from IKEA. We often venture to IKEA, but often miss the home goods area as we speed through with our 2 kids who are about to meltdown. Next time we think we'll spend a trip to the home goods area instead of venturing into the upper area of furniture after seeing many of the home and kitchen organizing products IKEA offers.

One product we received which has made the transition from Winter to Spring a bit easier is the resealable heavy duty plastic bags. We'll be using them to store some clothes for next year, and another is the DISTANS food savers. You can stack these little wonders, and put in the food our kids didn't eat the night before for a lunch the next day. We also like the cutlery tray, our older tray was made of white metal and was not as easy to clean and wash out as this one.

The IKEA 365+ food savers are already in use as well. We have been storing O's and other cereals in them for a week, and we've had much less mess on the floor and counters from using them.

Thanks to IKEA for sending. We're feeling a bit more organized already.

We purchased the IKEA 365* spatula last month. After using it for eggs and pancakes on a Teflon coated frying pan, the leading edge seems to be disintegrating. It looks like its the spatula coating material.

I wonder if they have any glass storage ware. Most of what I saw was plastic or some variation of it.
