Clack Egg Cracker

This is quite a contraption. This egg cracker is designed to slice the shell of your soft or hard-boiled egg. You place the metal cap on the egg and let the ball drop down and supposedly the egg shell cracks in half. This cracker has a Swarovski crystal in the rubber top to add a little luxury to your morning.

Anyone tested this? It looks a bit over the top for simply cracking an egg open.
