Kuhn Rikon Forged Santoku Knife
We've been using this Forged Santoku knife with non-stick coating for just over a week now, and we think it's truly a kitchen knife wonder. If you're looking to slice vegetables, meat, and even cake - this is the knife for you. We also love the knife sheath, not only for safe storage, but for travel. We brought this knife with us safely this past week on our yearly trip to Martha's Vineyard.
This is but one knife in a series of new knives from Kuhn Rikon that has a sheath, non-stick coating, and is made out of a fully forged German steel blade.
- ultra-sharp, fully forged, premium quality German steel blade
- nonstick coating and indents on blade prevent food from clinging
- protective sheath for storing drawer or clipping to tool bar
- great for cutting, dicing or thinly slicing vegetables
- slicing through boneless meats

Oops. We meant to say, "This is but one knife in a series of new knives from Kuhn Rikon that has a sheath, non-stick coating, and is made out of a fully forged German steel blade."
Sometimes it's just a bit early when we write up our reviews and the kids have been up since 5:30am.
Sorry for any confusion.
I always discount reviews that get their facts wrong or confused:
This is but one knife in a series of new knives from Kuhn Rikon that has a sheath, non-stick coating, and is made out of fully forged aluminum.
* ultra-sharp, fully forged, premium quality German steel blade
Which would it be; steel or aluminum?
