Mario Batali Chianti-Red Cast Iron Risotto Pot

I love risotto, but it takes a lot of effort. Mario Batali has a risotto pot made from cast-iron with a porcelain enamel finish. The rounded edges allow access to all areas of the pot, which is important in stirring the risotto. Includes a recipe booklet and wooden spoon.
