I love this - I had no idea these existed. However, I'm not crazy about the non-stick coating on the cooking pot, especially because I like to use a slow cooker to make mulled wine, and heating wine in a container with a non-stick surface totally grosses me out.
Does anyone know if there is a version with the same functionality that has a stainless steel cooking chamber? (Or cast iron or even ceramic, if it could withstand pressure cooking.) I looked on Amazon but everything seemed to have non-stick coatings.
