Smoked food is delicious. This insulated, stainless-steel electric smoker can smoke up to 38 pounds of meat. To use, you fill the smoker box with wood chips and set the desired temperature. You can also use the cold-smoke plate for cheese or pasta. It comes with three racks, drip trays, wheels, and wood.

This is a good smoker but I would look for it on this site:

http://www.smokintex.com/

It's about half the price of SurLaTable.

Also this is a great site for smokers and has lots of other cool kitchen toys:

Last if your looking for a smoker try to find one with a digital temp control. I personally would stay away from the Bradley smokers as they use these wood pucks that you can only buy from them. I think they make the great digital smokers but would like a version that I could put my own wood chips in. The digital smoker on SausageMakers.com looks pretty good for the price.
