SousVide Supreme Water Oven Arrives for Review

sousvidewateroven_small.jpg

That's right - the people behind the SousVide Supreme Water Oven have sent us a review unit which we'll be using over the coming week. We'll try a variety of recipes including steaks, vegetables, and whatever else we can think up. The unit is very cool looking out of the box, with a space age quality to it right away.

What is a SousVide Supreme water oven? The product of decades of refinement by top chefs, the SousVide Supreme Water Oven cooks sealed food at precise preset temperatures for consistent cooking, and wonderful flavors. Vacuum-sealed food loses virtually none of its flavor or nutrients during cooking, and the pressure encourages flash marinating, naturally enhancing the delicious tastes and aromas of the food with little added seasoning.

So, where's the review? It's been almost a month!

As with all sous vide cooking, be very careful! Improper sous vide cooking is also known as perfect anaerobic bacteria growth method.
