Cuisinart Programmable Breadmaker - Fall Breads

41esrZiRHpL._AA300_.jpg

It's Fall here in New England, and we just got back from apple picking realizing our apple bread making situation was not great. Our breadmaker from the past ten years has finally gone to breadmaker paradise, and we are in desperate need of a new one. This programmable bread machine bakes from Cuisinart 1, 1-1/2-, and 2-pound loaves, and has 12 preprogrammed menu options.

We're thinking given the size of bread it can make our apple bread recipe will be in safe hands. It also has 3 crust settings, and a 13-hour delay-start timer so you can have it start making the bread in the middle of the night to be ready to go piping hot in the morning. Also the viewing window is key, and there's even a paddle for quick cleanup. We'll let you know how it goes once this beauty arrives.

I love this breadmaker because you can make different sizes as you need. Only need bread for a few people and one meal? Well, use the 1 pound recipe. If you want to feed the whole family you can make the 2 pounds loaves. This means that you are not bound by the specific size of bread as is the case with so many other breadmakers.
