Knuckle Pounder Meat Tenderizer - Let the Meat Have It

This meat tenderizer has me thinking about all the aggression I could get out pounding a giant steak senseless and then eating it. Is this a cooking utensil to tenderize meat, or a work out tool? Whatever you decide this will make a great gift that seems like a gag but in the end will make someone's meat a bit more tender.
