Kuhn Rikon has a new set of hot pan products including this 2 liter casserole. The heavy-weight, non-reactive 18/10 stainless cook pan works well on both conventional and induction stoves. It features a heat-efficient core that distributes heat evenly so food won't burn or stick, and there is a serving holder to keep food hot after cooking for 2 hours. It's nice to see a pot that comes with a little extra stuff, and serving a casserole table side in an attractive dish and serving holder is a plus.
