Le Creuset Demi Blue Teakettle

img30m.jpg

There's just something so classic about this tea kettle from Le Creuset. This kettle just has the look and gets the job done by conducting heat efficiently and boiling water quickly to waste less energy. The kettle is coated with durable porcelain enamel and will not corrode, and the handle locks into position for easy pouring. And yes - it has a whistle and it's quite loud when the water reaches a rolling boil. And if you have one of those fancy induction cooking surfaces - it works on them as well as regular stoves.
