We received these silicone baking cups from Le Creuset to try out. My daughter was very excited because cupcakes are her favorite thing. The great thing about them is you can make cupcakes without having to have a muffin pan, which is one less pan in your drawer. Also, of course, being silicone, the cupcake or muffin doesn't stick to the side. The cups are very flexible, which makes it easy to pull it off the cupcake, but it does make it harder to put the batter in the cups without them moving around. It comes in a set of six cups.

What did we think? Did these cooking pans hold up to the dreaded evening meal test? Did we find ourselves using them over other pots and pans after a week of testing?

We received a mini version of this oval au gratin pan from Le Creuset. I'm not sure what you would use the mini version for--my daughter used it to make a mini apple pie from the leftover crust of our big pie--but the pan itself was great. It cooked evenly in the oven. The pie came out easily and didn't stick to the pan. The pan comes in three sizes and eight colors. I think I would find a larger pan much more useful than the mini.
We really need a kitchen robot to keep up with the Cheerio and toast mess on our kitchen floors. iRobot's award-winning floor washing robot preps, washes, scrubs and dries up to 500 square feet in a single cleaning cycle. The Scooba 350 uses only clean solution to wash sealed hardwood, tile and linoleum floors. Scooba cleans hard-to-reach places like under cabinet edges, tables and chairs, and hopefully will rid our kitchen of the constant crumby mess.

Way back in 2005, we featured an Automatic Donut Maker. Little did we know the Automatic Donut Maker would be such a hit, and people to this day write in comments and send us email weekly on where to get one. Well - the trouble with the Automatic Donut Maker was - it was only available for commercial business.
Well - thank god for the Dough-Nu-Matic. The name may sound a bit strange, but the unit makes mini-donuts, and is designed for the home. The device contains an enclosed oil fryer, which will keep the clean up to a minimum, and it only costs $129.99 to make dough-nuts or donuts in less than 6 minutes. I can see myself with my mouth open at one end having mini-doughnuts pour in.
We currently have a not so great chopper and no hand blender. This combo set of immersion blender and the tools looks like it might fix our situation. I think I can easily see smoothies in my future.

The TriniTEA heats water, steeps leaves, and keeps tea warm so you can enjoy tea all day long. Variable timer and temperature control lets you adjust the strength of an infusion, ensuring a perfect cup of tea each time.

A recipe is included.
Stuffing time is approaching. This stuffing cage is supposed to make stuffing a turkey easier. You put the stuffing in the cage and then put the cage in the bird.
