Built-In Stainless Steel Kitchen Machine

KitchenAid Mezzaluna - Do the Half Moon Kitchen Chop
A Mezzaluna is a chopping instrument consisting of a single or double curved blade with a handle on each end. They are often used for chopping herbs. Mezzaluna is the Italian name - meaning Half Moon after the rough shape of the blade. We use one all the time for garlic and other herbs like rosemary. This one has a really nice holster it fits into, and should help avoid cutting yourself when you pick it up from the drawer in your kitchen. The end of it also looks designed to scrape the cut up herbs into a bowl or dish for cooking.

Egg Cracker - Crackdown On Egg Mess
We need an Egg Cracker in our messy egg cracking lives. It seems that every time we make anything egg related, the shells end up in the whites, the yolks, and those shells end up in the final cooked products. Not sure why we are so egg cracking challenged, but we are. This egg cracker is pretty easy to use - you put an egg in it and press it shut, then the yolk and whites come out, leaving the shell behind where it's supposed to be.
