A grill light is very handy when you are grilling after dark. This light attaches to metal surfaces and is battery operated and portable. The flexible stem allows you to wrap the light around a grilling tool.

We've been using one of the Grill Daddy's since last year, and we love it. This grill brush uses the power of steam to clean tough baked-on food and grease, and the stainless-steel bristles have lasted two seasons of grilling already. The grill daddy is safe for cast-iron, steel, or porcelain grill grates. You simply fill it with water in the handle, and then when you go to clean leave the grill on and the water comes out slowly steam cleaning the grates.

You simply need a grill thermometer if you're going to tackle legs of lamb and other larger meats. This oven/barbeque wireless thermometer with digital LCD screen features a stainless-steel 6-inch detachable probe; temperature display from 32 to 572 degrees F, and 8 entree programs. The transmission range up to 330 feet away, so while the meat cooks you can kick back on the patio or roam around doing some chatting instead of staying at the grill. hes

We're heading out west where they don't seem to use gas at all (at least where we visit each year in California), and I'm always annoyed on how hard it is to start a charcoal fire until we got one of these last year. The chimney starter system lights charcoal quickly and evenly, and is made from aluminized steel with a stay-cool thermoplastic handle. You just put the briquettes in and a little paper - and bam. Hot and ready to go in a few minutes.

This smoker box turns any gas or electric grill into wood smoker. It's constructed of nonstick-coated heavy-gauge metal for durability, and the holes in the lid allow wood chips to release fragrant smoke. We've been using one of these for quite some time, and it works especially when cooking at a longer time and lower temperature.

If you want less mess on your grill area, you're going to need a grill matt. The absorbent top layer soaks up grease, oil, and food spills, and the thick plastic backing prevents stains from soaking through protecting your deck and patio. It's also universally designed to fit most grill sizes.

A gas grill is so easy, but you don't get the smoky flavor you get with charcoal. This smoker box is designed to solve that problem. You place wood chips in the base of the smoker box and then place your meat or veggies on the tray on top of the base and shut the lid. Instant smoker! You can remove the lid to turn your entire closed grill into a smoker.

We love the taste of smoked meat, fish, poultry and vegetables made right in our backyard. The Aussie Smoker plugs into a standard household electrical outlet and features a 1500-watt heating element and a removable thermostat control that makes for easy setting at a low, medium, or high smoking temperatures.
The Aussie Smoker comes equipped with a large cooking surface (351 square inches), and a porcelainized, 5½-quart water pan to ensure proper heat is reached and maintained throughout the smoking process. Smoke large amounts of ribs for a party, or multiple foods all at once. The flavor channels direct smoke for maximum food flavoring, while adding structural strength to the design. The built-in temperature gauge shows the temperature throughout the process.
If you've never smoked meat before, it's really easy. You simply prep it and put it in the smoker monitoring occasionally to make sure you have plenty of smoke and water in the pan.

Yum. Potatoes on the grill. This rack has steel spurs to set the potatoes on and to conduct heat to the center of the potatoes. It holds four potatoes.
