I've seen round whisks and ball wisks, but this is a new variation on the whisk. This stainless steel whisk has a triangle shape, which is designed to grab stuff from the bottom and corners of the bowl.

This Zyliss food chopper looks pretty cool. It has a "smart" base that supposedly allows chopping chopping of delicate tomatoes and herbs without smashing. You can chop in the storage cup, on a chopping block, or on the "smart" base. The blades allow chopping from coarse to fine. And it has wiper blades to to keep the inside clean.

I'm a big fan of using a frother to make chocolate milk. It quickly takes the lumps out and makes a nice frothy layer--delicious. This frother includes a stand for countertop storage. Very handy if you want to keep it by the coffee machine.

This peeler is designed to peel soft fruits and vegetables. It has a serrated blade with two edges, so tomatoes, kiwi, peaches, and ginger can be easily peeled. It also has a sharp steel tip to remove produce blemishes.

Soon we'll all be making gravy for Thanksgiving and you may need to "separate" a little of that fat from the gravy you serve. You can cut the fat with the OXO Good Grips Fat Separator with its own strainer and stopper. Pour your gravy into the Separator through the strainer and watch the fat rise to the top while lean gravy settles to the bottom. It's kitchen contraption magic!

I know that Maya probably has covered this in the past, but I'm tired of seeing her nearly cut off entire parts of her hands (HINT HINT) to get some fresh pineapple each night. The Vacu Vin Pineapple Slicer peels, cores, and slices an entire pineapple in seconds and is made from durable plastic with a medium-sized blade. Perhaps if I get this for her in time for Christmas, each night she can eat pineapple with ease.

If your tea bag is always falling to the bottom of your cup, how do you get it out? You could use your fingers or a spoon. Or you could use these tongs that are designed to remove the tea bag neatly from your cup and dispose of it in a special bin. It includes tongs and a disposal bin on a mango wood base.

One Thanksgiving Russ introduced us to the yumminess of roasted chestnuts. This chestnutter, makes it easy to score the nuts before roasting or broiling. Put the nut in the chamber, close the handle, and the blade makes an "X" through the shell.
