Lollipop Multi-Tool

Wishingfish1 1847 25420537I love the multi-tool. If I could have one kitchen gadget that did everything, I would totally dump out the kitchen gadget drawer and move on with my kitchen gadget life. Well - that's not going to happen, but at least if I buy the Lollipop Multi-Tool I can get rid of: my corkscrew, wine stopper, and bottle opener. Not bad!

Hand-Crank Coffee Grinders

532766There are days when I'm grinding up some fresh ground coffee and think...could this be quieter? I just found this cool blog on all things efficient and they have a most excellent coffee grinder that claims to do the "silent coffee grind" trick. For a whopping $20 bucks you can get this coffee grinder and use it in your kitchen, camping, or maybe on a private rendezvous with that special coffee drinking person you love (no idea what that last one means).

Cuttingboard for Mezzaluna chopper

31046 We've been looking for a better chopper and cutting board combo for quite some time. Currently we are using the Wusthof mincer and cutting board, but have been disappointed in the overall product. The mincer board that comes with the Wusthof keeps cracking. It's nice to see the Mezzaluna has a teflon cutting board that won't crack. Also the handle on the chopper looks wider and more comfortable. Frankly, I'm just excited to get the chopping board and keep the Wusthof until I can get the Mezzaluna chopper as well.

PID - Personal Interior Design - Cuttingboard for Mezzaluna chopper:
For chopping herbs and spices. The trough, which suits the mezzaluna chopper, collects all the cuttings, and optimizes chopping. The nonslip feet secure the board and ensure a stable chopping area. With practical stainless steel hanging loop.

Trudeau Pot Clip

Pot Clip200 Pot Clip Action I run into this problem all the time when making sauces. The spoon ladle can work, but often times you end up with a spoon ladle full of sauce and just another thing to clean up after you are done. The Trudeau Pot Clip eliminates the mess, holds the spoon, and best of all is coated with silicone that withstands heat up to 600 degrees. Because of the silicone, you can remove the pot clip at any time and not burn your ingers. Brilliant!!!!

French Fry Screen

P46152B I'm a big fan of no frying french fries (okay - that sounds totally nuts). This french fry screen essentially suspends the fries so air can circulate evenly on all sides, browning the fries to a golden perfection. You'll need to make sure the 12" screen will fit in your current oven french fry baking pan, but I think buying another pan to fit the screen shouldn't be a big deal. FRY ME UP!!!!

Silvermark Toss & Chop

50030 The Toss & Chop is a two bladed, scissor like chopping wonder! How many times do you have a salad prepped but really need to cute up a bunch of tomatoes, peppers, and other stuff to put on top? The problem is those vegetables make a total mess on a chopping board and they are impossible to cut in a bowl. By using the toss & chop you will be able to quickly chop vegetables and a wide variety of other foods directly in a bowl. Now my set of summer kitchen gadgets is complete - before this - total tomato mess - now no mess.

Automatic Egg Cooker - Egg 'Tastic!

B00008Ih9X.01. Sclzzzzzzz I've been poaching eggs using a microwave 4 eggs at a time poacher. The ability to just put in some eggs and have them soft-boiled, hard boiled, or poached sounds right up my alley. I need egg diversity in my morning. Also this little beauty, will sound the egg alarm and let you know when the eggs are done. Do you think I could become an egg super hero if I acquired such an item?
