Maya and I were discussing registering for wedding stuff so long ago and how much of a pain it was (okay 7 years and I have the itch for more kitchen contraptions).
Way back in 1998, you really couldn't register for that much stuff online - it's very cool to see a place like Cooking.com, with so many kitchen gadgets available have an online Wedding Registry. I can't tell you how much easier it would have been to discuss things at the store and then go home and really pick out things for our registry on the computer instead of arguing it out in the store.

If you don't own a Kitchen Aid mixer I highly recommend getting one, and if you do, the world of Kitchen Aid gadgets made for this mixer will open up to you. I've been obsessed with yogurt makers today. There are not a ton of them available from what I could find, but it looks to be a cheap thing to get into. $32 bucks with some shipping on top should get you yogurt a brewing in your kitchen in less than 10 hours.

iRobot has just announced a robot capable of making a difference in your kitchen finally. This is the ultimate kitchen gadget people! A robot that doesn't just do windows but messy floors! I couldn't be happier. I have wanted something to deal with the kitchen floor since I saw the original iRobot for rugs. The thing is - my house is void of any rugs really - we have tile and hardwood floors. I can't wait for this gem to ship in the Fall.

I always need to save prep time and also mess. With the Batter Pro you can bread chicken, fish and more fast, without messing with ziploc bags or getting your hands covered in egg, milk, or whatever concoction you are battering with. Just fill The Batter Pro with batter, place meat inside, shake and flip. Also - it's dishwasher safe. I think this may be a purchase in the near future.

I really need this. I am so tired of grabbing the soap bottle, dumping it onto the dishes and/or brush and then having to close the bottle, set it down - etc. OXO really makes amazing products that solve two or even three step problems into one gadget.
