I get to laughing everytime I hear the phrase - "DUTCH OVEN", but I'm sure we also need one of these to make some amazing french over stew. What's amazin about the "FRENCH OVEN", if there are leftovers in the pot, save them for tomorrow. You can store it in the refrigerator or in the freezer and not worry about food reacting to the porcelain enamel surface.

I had never heard of an aebleskiver, but it sounds delicious. It is a Danish dessert, kind of like a donut hole, but filled with stuff. Of course, if you are in the market for an aebleskiver pan, you know this already. The pan is cast iron with a wood handle. It is 12" long and 8" in diameter. The holes are 2 1/4" in diameter and 1" deep.
