We present LED Cutlery for your dining pleasure! Imagine a darkened room where only you and that special someone can watch food going in their mouth with the glow of a blue LED. Magic! The Q-Ying Gifts and Toys Company seems to have found a way to the hearts and minds of at least a few niche categories including LED Candles as well. So let's set the scene again: You, that special someone, a flickering blue candlelit dinner, and a mouthful of red forks as the night moves past you in utter LED heaven.

I just don't feel sometimes that we cover enough napkin holders. In any kitchen you need the perfect napkin holder doing the part of what napkin holders do - look good and hold napkins. Now, if your napkin holder can also look a tad retro - perfection.

I love snack plates. Currently I have about 15 different ones I use to ensure the right plate for the right snack. One of my favorite snacks is Wasabi peas, and I'm sure the mix of green meets blue with read would be amazing as I watch an episode or two of Entourage. There is a whole set of these funky Tokyo snack plates and and these snack plates are available in three rockin' styles: Rice Cracker Red, Chili Snack Blue and Wasabi Green.

Vessel just makes great stuff. I think being able to pack up my lunch in something ultra cool instead of a brown paper bag or plastic grocery bag has to win. Plus - it's environmentally sound unless you count using those old shopping bags for something. The vessell workplace dish set comes with everything including a fruit holder to have at lunch. The fruit holder doubles as a cup and you get some groovy utensils to eat with too. Simply put what you want in the main container, pack up your fruit, and then bind it up with the outer shell.

We want you to know we try and get as many of the kitchen gadgets we can afford at Kitchen Contraptions.com. Since most companies in the kitchen gadget space don't give out kitchen gadgets to review, we usually have to actually go to a store or order it online to see if we would put our money where our mouth is. Well - often times we get stuff and it's great and other times it's not so great. Well - this time - it's great!
We picked up a Orka Silicone oven mitt not too long ago if you remember. We have used this mitt as our mitt of choice over the past 5 months and it's a dream. We have used it on the grill, in the oven, to retrieve spoons sent to an untimely death in a giant pot, and even to catch falling cookie trays. The mitt does look like a whale - and if you remember it's made of non-pourous food grade silicone. You can put this mitt into things as hot as 500 degrees F and it won't fall apart. The thing we like the best? We've washed this thing once a week in our Bosch dishwasher and it still looks and feels new.
We can't but recommend the Orka Silicone Oven Mitt.

Having a bad day? Do you need a hug? GIve yourself the gift of a hug everytime you salt those tasty fries or pepper that lovely salad. Created by New York-based designer Alberto Mantilla, these charming Hug Salt and Pepper Shakers come together in a warm embrace to brighten up your dinner table. The salt and pepper figures are identical in shape, differing only in their color and the number of holes in their faces. The shakers also have that Yin and Yang of hugging going on.

Not two minutes ago I was toasting up a hamburger bunn to put some pulled pork and burnt ends on and WHAM! Burnt finger tips! I'm going to pick up a set of toast tongs later today but I did come across these tongs with a magnet on the bottom that will afix to your toaster. Also these toast tongs come with a nice toast rack to keep your buttered toast from getting soggy.

Serving bowls can be a dime a dozen - but sometimes they can also be about $50 a dozen. :-) Soho Spices introduces another extraordinary and beautiful item for your kitchen: Lotus Bowls. This elegant thermal serving set is made of 18/8 double-walled stainless steel to keep hot and cold food at temperature. This set of three nested bowls adds a dramatic reflective element to your serving table. I know I need something to keep fresh grilled asparagus and sausages hot before I put the salmon on the grill.
