Leave messages with your toast. This toaster comes with six design plates that leave patterns on your toast. Messages include: double hearts, "LUV U," flower, snowflake, cake, and smiley face. It also has 12 toasting levels, reheat and frozen, and a slide-out crumb tray. (Thanks for the tip Kelly).

With all this heat, it might be nice to have your own ice cream maker on hand for emergencies. This looks like a pretty serious ice cream maker. There is no pre-freezing required, so you can make batch after batch with no waiting. It has an automatic 60-minute timer and makes 1 1/2 quarts at a time.

I'm not a juice drinker, so I don't know much about juicers, but this looks cool as long as you are only interested in citrus juice. The motor works in both directions to extract juice. There are two pulp settings, so you can have your juice with or without pulp. The jug holds up to 30 oz. and there is a fountain accessory to alow you to juice directly into a glass.

Roasted or rotisserie chicken is my favorite comfort food. This rotisserie fits on the countertop and is large enough to spit-roast two chickens, a 15-pound turkey, a leg of lamb, a rack of ribs, or six kabobs. it also has a wire food basket to rotate chicken wings, salmon steaks, or other foods and a steaming tray to steam vegetables or shrimp. It includes 6 kabob rods, flavor-injecting syringe, heavy gloves, and 12 elastic ties.

If you can't decide which flavor of ice cream you would rather make, this machine can help. It works automatically in your freezer, so it won't take up counterspace, and the top has sliding windows for add-ins.

There are a lot of toasters on the market. Hammacher Schlemmer claims that this is the best four slice wide mouth toaster.
The 1,500-watt toaster has two independent rotary controls for simultaneous toasting of different breads or for different user setting preferences. It evenly toasts across the whole bread surface, and easily accommodates thin and thick slices, as well as bagels, frozen strudels, and frozen waffles. Eight browning settings and one defrost setting allow you to easily achieve your preferred toast level, and the unit has a removable warming tray for quickly heating rolls, muffins, and other items too large to fit inside w ithout drying. A bagel setting allows you to toast the cut side of a bagel while gently warming the crust side to produce the perfect bagel. Two high-lift levers have three lift positions to ensure toasted foods clear the top for easy retrieval, and a stop button halts any toasting cycle with one touch. Brushed stainless steel control panel wipes clean, and the warming tray is dishwasher safe to simplify cleaning.
Hmmmm . . . Is there anything this toaster can't do?

This waffle maker rotates 180 degrees while cooking to evenly brown each waffle. It makes one extra thick, deep-pocketed Belgian waffle at a time. It also has an audio signal and LED indicators.

If I have a choice between soft serve and regular ice cream, I always choose regular. But some people, like my husband, love soft serve. This machine makes soft serve ice cream as well as fruit slushies and and frozen cocktails (now, I'm interested). It makes one quart or 8 to 10 cones.

Alessi has a nice looking toaster that also has a bun warmer for warming up pasteries, sandwiches, focaccias, and of course, buns. The body is stainless steel while the base and crumb tray are polycarbonate.
