Breville BTA820XL Die-Cast 2-Slice Smart Toaster - Get Toasting
Looking for a toaster with all the smarts it needs to finally make your favorite bagel toasted to perfection? Housed in brushed die-cast metal, this two-slice toaster features an internal smart chip that automatically lowers bread or bagels into the toasting slots with a single touch and regulates the toasting time. The toaster also offers push-button controls for toast, a "bit more", bagel, defrost, and lift-and-look functions.
With the "a bit more" setting, bread automatically lowers for additional toasting time. The lift-and-look function automatically raises the bread carriage during toasting without canceling or resetting the cycle, which allows for viewing, and if necessary, canceling the browning cycle at any time. The display acts as a toasting progress indicator, counting down the time remaining in the toasting cycle. A beep indicates the end of the cycle.
KitchenAid 2-Slice, 2-Slot Digital Toaster with Bagel and Warm Functions
Not only does this toaster come in lots of fun colors, it is also great for toasting bagels. It has a bagel function that toasts the cut side of bagels, while warming the crusts. It also has a warming function that reheats previously toasted foods.
This is a very thin and interesting single toast toaster with a fresh modern design. Even the buttons and other features are hidden on the toaster, to make this a one stop toasting shop from the future.
It is nice to see a different design for a toaster. It has wide slots for bagels and muffins. It supposedly toasts bread faster than other toasters. Other features include seven customized toasting levels, a bagel function, a reheat function for warming previously toasted breads, and a cancel button.
Want to keep your toast hot until you fetch it from the toaster? The KitchenAid KPTT780NP Pro Line 2-Slice Toaster can do that and more. Designed to withstand the most demanding home use, this two-slice toaster blends the durability of stainless steel and die-cast metal with professional-quality performance, producing wonderfully consistent toast slice after slice. Each of the toaster's extra-long, extra-wide 1-inch toasting slots can easily handle the thickest bagels, specialty breads, and toaster pastries. On the inside sits an electronic heat sensor that controls the toasting, accounting for the unit's unmatched consistency of toasting. And to ensure that the toast doesn't cool down too quickly, KitchenAid added a keep-warm function, which keeps the toast heated in the toaster cavity until it's manually lifted out.

Okay - so it's a toaster, but more importantly it's from Ikon. I love the look and the design fits my modern taste. The best part is how amazing the entire line of Ikon appliances are. If you don't have a kitchen full of small appliances, I would start with Ikon and get them all.
We love our Cuisinart toaster/convection oven, but recently we've been checking into new offerings. The new DeLonghi AD1099 Esclusivo Solo Convection Oven with Rotisserie features a rotisserie oven along with a drop down top heating element for easy cleaning. No word on how good the toast is, but we expect the Heat Circ technology in all of DeLonghi's products to do a great job.

We've got a Cuisinart oven that we like for similar things, but we really like the look of the red KitchenAid Countertop Oven. For everything from baking a whole chicken to toasting bagels, this has large easy-to-read knobs to set the precise cooking function, temperature, and time. Choose to bake, broil, toast, or warm with temperatures up to 450 degrees F. A convenient indicator light glows red to show when the oven is in use. The unit's rugged, heavy-gauge steel broil pan provides long-lasting durability, and its Wave-Rack oven rack lets air circulate around six slices at once, ensuring evenly toasted bread.
We need longer and longer slots because of these insane breads we keep buying. We do have a toaster oven, but I've often found we just don't get the toasted toast we want. This Oyster toater oven touts longer slots for longer bread. Perhaps this is the toaster we've been seeking all these long toaster years...
Form meets function in the Oster Toaster. The stylish brushed stainless steel housing frames two extra wide slots for bagels and pastries. With seven toast shade settings, advanced toast technology, and slots big enough to hold four slices of toast, you get great toast in no time, everytime.
If you want affordable design you can't beat Target. They have the best designed kitchen stuff we've seen for your hard earned dollar. Coming in at a whopping $34.99 you can get the : Michael Graves 2-Slice Chrome Toaster. This 2-slice toaster from Michael Graves Design™ combines retro styling with modern technology. The toaster features an oval shape with ribbed, shiny chrome finish, rotary phone-inspired dial controls toasting darkness, and wide slots to accommodate bagels.
We finally got to see one of these beauties in person and have to say - WE WANT ONE BADLY. The Back to Basics egg cooker and toaster will have a homemade egg McMuffin on your plate in under 5 minutes.
The unit can be used solely as a full functioning toaster, or it can simultaneously toast bread, poach or steam-scramble an egg, and warm a pre-cooked slice of meat--or any combination of these three functions--to make the ultimate breakfast sandwich at home in just four minutes.
I didn't know they make them this big! The T-Fal Black Convection Toaster Oven with Glass Top has a unique slanted design that features a bread warmer on top. The convection function ensures even, consistent cooking results (up to 30% faster than conventional ovens) . Circulating hot air cooks faster and more evenly than a traditional oven. It’s also programmable, with a digital control panel and permanent clock, to warm, toast, broil and bake. What we really like - the toaster overn comes eith an enamel baking pan, enamel broiling pan and tongs.
