Zevro Vac 'n Save Ruby Bowl-Shaped Vacuum-Sealing Food-Storage Containers

41Gh8gnl-qL._SL500_AA300_.jpg

We're always on the lookout for storing leftovers from a BBQ, party, or just dinners where the kids don't eat. These 3 polypropylene food-storage containers in 2/9-liter, 1/2-liter, and 1-liter sizes work with a handheld vacuum pump that removes moisture and air to lock in freshness. The high-resistance silicone gaskets provide airtight seal with snap-down side buckles. The best feature? They nest for convenient storing.

A di Alessi Michael Graves Kitchen Timer

41jdTVtPOKL._AA300_.jpg

Finally a kitchen timer that doesn't require a battery but looks good. This timer dates back to 1992, when Michael Graves designed this using ABS plastic. Only 4 inches in diameter, it fits your hand perfectly (we know because we tried our friend's timer out this past weekend).

Jackson AJ-100 287 Rack/Hr Conveyor Dishwasher

41Cnv0qIikL._SL500_AA300_.jpg

Sure we don't feature many large appliances or restaurant grade stuff, but this dishwasher for a commercial kitchen has it all and really impresses. From top mounted controls to standard 20x20 inch racks it even has a deep-well scrap basket located on front of machine. Adjust-A-Peak feature allows user to adjust conveyor speed when various results are desired. Full automation activates sections only when rack is present and shuts down conveyor when no rack is present. Sounds safe to us!

Kitchen Basics Poultry Beer Can Roaster

4149G4116HL._SL500_AA300_.jpg

Shoving a full beer can up a chicken's butt is well - fun. We've always wanted to roast a chicken with the using the beer can method, and with this rack things look like they might take off food wise and not from an explosion.

You can roast your chicken using your favourite beer using this poultry roaster. Place the wire frame roaster in a roasting pan, insert an open can of beer into the center of the frame, and sit the chicken over the roaster in a vertical position. While roasting, the chicken will be infused with the flavour of the beer, and the fat will drip away from the chicken.
